Saving Ma Ganga Campaign..

SAVING MA GANGA CAMPAIGN----Save our mother who has been the symbol of our culture throughout the ages.  She has fed us by her serene cool waters-- but what are we giving her-- our garbage. Our mother is in danger. Come out of your cocoon and save your [ our] mother. If there is no Mother Ganges, there is  no Indian culture.-- Dr. Ram Sharma

be happy and blossom...

BLOSSOM
BY DR. RAM SHARMA

KANKERKHERA, MEERUT CANTT-250001, U.P., INDIA
Why has  the forest  disappeared,
Why do the birds  not chirp ?
Where are the hords of animals ?
Why does  the mind  not blossom?
Friends are no where
Alone and palely loitering,
Beliefs have been broken,
Music has become noise
Be happy and blossom

a human being is part of a whole.. the universe...

A human being is part of a whole, called by us "universe" a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest.... a kind of optical delusion of his conciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening the our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.

Albert Einstein

pluck this little flower and take it...

Flower
Pluck this little flower and take it, delay not! I fear lest it
droop and drop into the dust.
I may not find a place in thy garland, but honour it with a touch of
pain from thy hand and pluck it. I fear lest the day end before I am
...aware, and the time of offering go by.
Though its colour be not deep and its smell be faint, use this flower
in thy service and pluck it while there is time.

nature's whisper...

NATURE'S WHISPER
Poem by Irena Jovanović
Serbia
Soft whisper of breezes through young leaves
beautiful rustle of tall blades of grass
after plentiful rains, steeped earth and soil
makes life jubilant
flowers jutting all around
spreading new colourful dresses
for carneval of divine joy
in soft jungle of different plants
juicy nectar in their crowns
- Lord has offered us His opened mind
we just have to accept it
listening winds talking to us
listening winds of nature's whisper
